An Interview with Multi-Platinum Producer B. Howard

From Wyclef Jean and Vanessa Hudgens to London’s own Jay Sean, B. Howard’s list of collaborations seemingly stretches further than Hollywood’s Walk of Fame. Despite this, he has no plans to slow down any time soon. Most recently, B. performed alongside legendary rap artist Rick Ross in Vegas, at the Consumer Electronics Show, whilst his latest single, Don’t Say You Love Me, is currently ranked #11 on Billboard’s top dance chart.

Don’t Say Michael Jackson. “Don’t Say You Love Me” is B. Howard’s Hit

It says enough that Beverly Hills pop artist Brandon “B.” Howard has just released a single that’s in the top 20 on Billboard magazine’s dance song chart. But his history with the legendary Jackson family is too intriguing to leave it there. A speaking voice genuinely like Michael’s invokes an eerie specter when trying to extract basic information, like how old he is. His whispery answer: “Timeless.”

B. Howard has ‘Nothing to Prove’

Though you may not be familiar with his music – you’ll swear that you’ve heard it before. This week, B. Howard’s “Don’t Say That You Love” broke into the coveted Top 40 and rose to No. 36on Billboard’s Dance Club Songs list. Its sound is so familiar, you might think it was a “lost song” of Michael Jackson’s. While there’s no denying that the smooth song sounds a lot like something the King of Pop would have written and sung, Jackson has had nothing to do with it.

For fans of the Jackson clan, Hayvenhurst is the family’s rambling and intriguing compound in Encino, Calif., the place where the late Michael Jackson once lived.

For R&B/pop singer-songwriter-producer B. Howard, who may or may not have a blood connection with the Jacksons and who recently signed a deal with King Empire Entertainment, an upstart record label/artist management company in Ottawa, Hayvenhurst was the beloved spot where he spent much of his early life including summers and vacations.
